How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-length lace veils are handcrafted and require 2-3 weeks for production before being shipped via your selected carrier.
Can I return my veil if it doesn't match my dress?
We accept returns on all standard-sized veils within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized veils are final sale.
How do I remove wrinkles from the lace and tulle?
We recommend hanging your veil in a bathroom during a hot shower to let the steam naturally release wrinkles. If necessary, use a garment steamer on a low setting, but never apply a hot iron directly to the delicate lace.

Yes, we highly recommend ordering a swatch kit before purchasing to ensure the lace color and tulle texture perfectly complement your wedding gown's ivory or white shade.
